Additionally, the service contract may not be transferred to any entity in the business of selling or leasing motor vehicles. ‡To make a claim under this service contract you must provide teardown authorization when requested. We are not obligated to reimburse you for teardown costs if the repairs are not covered under the service contract. Replacement parts utilized in connection with a covered mechanical breakdown will be, at the discretion of FWS, new or remanufactured OEM parts, new or remanufactured aftermarket parts or used parts that meet the quality standards of the repair facility or FWS.
